I’ve lost access to a timeline, can you help?
If you've logged into BackThen and you can't see a timeline that you're used to seeing, check any of the following options.
1) Correct account?
Have you made sure you're signed into the correct BackThen account? If you've started using a different email address, this might be the issue.
2) Do you have timeline filters on?
You may have one or more of your timelines filtered out. For more details, check out this guide.
3) Have the timeline owners removed you or the timeline?
If the owners (typically parents) of the timeline have deleted their BackThen account, or if they've removed your permissions, you will not see the timeline anymore.
