Why am I not getting any mobile notifications?
If you aren't getting BackThen mobile notifications, there are a few things to check.
Your notification preferences
Check out this guide to see if you have your mobile notifications turned on.
Is your timeline active?
BackThen is designed to send you notifications when new items arrive, so check that you are seeing new photos, comments or likes (that you haven't added yourself) to see if you should be getting anything.
Check your phone permissions
The first time you open the BackThen app, we ask if we can send you push notifications. If you said no, we can't send you notifications. You can change this from your phone settings.
