Help! I’ve lost my password and I can’t get in.
Don't worry! We can help you get your BackThen password changed easily, just follow the steps below - the screens look different if you are in the mobile app, or on the web.
Step 1: In-app
From the opening screen, tap Sign In at the bottom, and then enter your email address. You should then see this screen:
Tap I forgot my password and proceed to Step 2.
If you instead get a message saying that BackThen does not recognise your email address, then you have used the wrong email address, rather than the wrong password.
Step 1: Web
From the login screen, tap I forgot my password and proceed to Step 2.

No matter whether you were in the app or on the web, you now need to check for an email containing a button that allows you to select a new password.
Please make sure to check your spam folders in case the email ends up there.
Now, follow the instructions in the email to get back into BackThen.
Please note that if you are a Huply user, changing your BackThen password also changes your Huply password because they are the same account.
